Aim/Objective/Mission: CUPA is a reg. Public charitable trust that was founded in Oct. 1991 by a British Woman named Crystal Rogers. Its objectives are animal welfare and protection of stray, abused and wounded animals. It is based in Bangalore, India, and is Reg. as a charity in the UK. CUPA’S modern veterinary hospital and shelter for animals in Bangalore treats and cares for over 800 animals per month. It is functional 24 hrs a day and for 7 days a week. Its busy ambulance service picks up wounded and injured animals, both wild and domestic. CUPA hopes to upgrade and expand facilities in the future, in order to reach out to more animals in need.
